Program and Position Overview
:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of marketing experience who can bring creativity and strategy to our digital content to deepen impact and expand our reach. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to keep growing, take ownership, and make a tangible impact. You’ll focus primarily on strategic content across our digital channels—website, social media, email, paid media, and SMS.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager.

• Create compelling digital content across social, email, website/blog, SMS, and campaigns
• Manage social media presence and monitoring
• Assist paid media (work closely with contractors or manage campaigns as experience dictates)
• Assist in development of content calendars aligned with organizational goals
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Stay up to date on social, SEO, and email marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team and strengthen marketing strategy
