Technical LeadOur client is seeking a Technical Lead to provide short-term leadership and hands‑on technical direction for a high‑visibility website refresh project. This role will guide the architecture and implementation of a new content platform experience and ensure the foundation is set for a scalable, high‑performance site. This role is fully remote.
Technical Lead Responsibilities- Lead technical planning and execution for a major website refresh project utilizing a CMS platform (Brightspot experience highly preferred).
- Define the overall technical architecture and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee the development and customization of CMS components to deliver a seamless, high‑quality user experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including design and product teams, to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Drive innovation through prototyping and integration of emerging technologies, including AI‑based enhancements for content workflows.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment, maintaining best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
- Proven experience leading CMS‑based website development projects, ideally with Brightspot or similar platforms (Adobe AEM, Drupal, etc.).
- Strong background in web architecture, front‑end and back‑end development, and deployment processes.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable technical solutions within tight timelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Experience integrating innovative technologies, such as AI tools or content automation systems, into web environments.
$60‑$73 / hr. (DOE)
