About the role
Expected salary - £35,000 - £55,400 depending on experience
Contract type - 6 month Secondment / Fixed term contract
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
We have an exciting fixed term/secondment opportunity as Digital Producer within our John Lewis Financial Services business, working across our suite of products including Partnership Credit Card, Loans, Travel Money and Home Insurance on
What are we looking for?
As a Digital Producer, you will be expected to successfully build content updates and manage the publishing process for your assigned value stream. Working within the Content Management System (CMS), you will be coordinating and executing day-to-day updates and larger programmes of work for our website and platforms. You will be working closely with the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager of the workstream to align on priorities and scheduling up and coming work in the pipeline.
You will be an excellent communicator and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds, providing regular and timely updates for their website update requests, and manage feedback and amends through to live. You'll also be working closely with one other Digital Producer to coordinate releases and CMS operational tasks to ensure alignment across all products.
Your CMS knowledge, communication skills and close attention to detail will be key to your success, as well as fostering a strong support network among other Partners in the team.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
Strong knowledge & experience of content authoring and publishing within a headless CMS (eg Contentful).
Experience working with workflows, approvals and robust publishing processes.
Experience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Proactive, organised and driven with a strong focus on accuracy to produce the highest quality outcomes for our customers.
Experience in business and design collaborative tools (eg Jira, Miro, Figma, Slack).
Experience in collaborating with product, SEO, engineering and design teams and enjoy both discovering and building new customer journeys with the wider teams.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
Previous experience within a fast-paced financial services business.
Knowledge of and experience in supporting CRO activity, building A/B tests in the CMS.
