Truss Estimator - Remote

This opportunity is with an independently owned truss manufacturer with over 45 years of stability and growth. The company serves multi-family and single-family builders across the East Coast and is known for high-quality roof and floor trusses, long-standing customer relationships, and a collaborative, employee-focused culture rooted in technical excellence and accountability.

As a Truss Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate roof and floor truss estimates for residential and multi-family projects while supporting the continued growth of the estimating department. This is a remote East Coast role with participation in annual in-person meetings. The position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload independently while collaborating with a close-knit estimating team.

• Prepare truss estimates for single-family and multi-family projects
• Produce up to two single-family estimates per day or 100 multi-family units daily
• Collaborate with the estimating team through weekly planning calls
• Utilize Mitek, Planswift, and Excel for takeoffs and designs
• Continuously learn and improve internal estimating processes
• Support long-term departmental growth and scalability

• Base salary range of $75K to $90K
