Architect - Retail construction

Join a dynamic and collaborative Retail Studio in Seattle as an Intermediate Architectural Staff member. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a team environment and are passionate about producing high-quality construction documents in a fast-paced setting. You will be an integral part of a supportive team where you can make a meaningful impact.

• Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Apply building codes and technical detailing to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively.
• Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating processes.
• Engage in light project management and client interaction as needed.

• Proficient in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.
• Skilled in technical coordination and applying building codes and standards.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with teams and meets deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, particularly in food and beverage.

• Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
• Comfortable supporting client interactions.

This is a fully remote position working in Pacific Time zone hours.

Contract to Hire based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
