Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time flex hybrid role for a Head of Architecture & Spatial Design, based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves designing and overseeing architectural and spatial design processes to bring innovative spaces to life. You will develop technical strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the alignment of architectural designs with the company’s creative and strategic objectives.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in managing the integration of advanced technologies into physical spaces, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Proficiency in Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Strategy to create and implement robust structural and technological frameworks
- In‑depth knowledge of Architecture and Spatial Design, with the ability to integrate creative concepts into functional spaces
- Experience in Software Development and related processes to support technology‑driven space design
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to oversee complex design projects
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Familiarity with innovative technologies and design tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field
