This design‑led architectural practice is a RIBA Chartered and Passivhaus‑accredited studio based in Berkshire, with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high‑quality residential architecture. The team works across a broad range of project types, including one‑off new homes, contemporary extensions, refurbishments, listed and period properties, eco‑focused housing, and high‑end residential developments. Projects are typically tailored to individual clients and often involve complex planning, sensitive contexts, and sustainability‑led design approaches.
The practice is involved throughout the full lifecycle of projects— from early concept and feasibility studies through planning, technical design, consultant coordination, and on‑site delivery—providing staff with meaningful exposure to every RIBA stage. With a collaborative studio culture and an emphasis on design quality, technical rigour, and professional development, the practice offers an excellent environment for Part 2 candidates preparing for Part 3.
- Strong support toward Part 3 qualification, with recent successful Part 3 graduates in the team
- Excellent all‑round project experience, ideal preparation for Part 3
- Collaborative, design‑focused studio environment
- Some flexibility for working from home, while prioritising office‑based learning and mentoring
- Assisting with design development across multiple project stages
- Producing high‑quality drawings, visuals, and presentation material
- Supporting planning and technical submissions
- Creating and developing 3D models and visualisations
- Liaising with team members, consultants, and clients
- Attending site visits and assisting with project coordination
- A talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with strong design ability
- Good personal and communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
- Confident producing visuals and presentation material
- Experience with Vectorworks advantageous; strong 3D experience considered
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Ideally based within a 30‑minute commute
- Keen to commit primarily to office‑based working to maximise learning and training opportunities
