This role is a cornerstone of ABC’s emerging Design Center of Excellence in São Paulo. We’re looking for a hybrid talent who blends exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and strong business partnership. You will lead the intake and planning process for brand and creative work, translating business needs into clear briefs, producing high-quality design, and ensuring our global creative teams (Brazil, Serbia, US) operate in sync.

• Own the global intake + planning workflow using Asana, ensuring requests are scoped, prioritized, and translated into clear, actionable briefs.

• Design high-quality brand assets across presentations, campaigns, narratives, internal communications, and executive storytelling.

• Partner with GTM, Product, Culture, and Brand teams to understand needs and shape the creative approach.

• Synthesize inputs (stakeholder feedback, market scans, customer insights) into simple frameworks or direction-setting for creative work.

• Champion global brand consistency, elevating quality and alignment across teams in São Paulo, Serbia, and the US.

• Create and maintain templates, toolkits, systems, and best practices that form the foundation of the Design Center of Excellence.

• Support light planning/insights work as needed — e.g., compiling findings, helping test messaging or creative concepts.

• Contribute to team rituals, facilitating smooth cross-functional collaboration and predictable delivery.

• 8–14+ years of experience in brand design, creative strategy, or hybrid design/strategy roles.

• Agency experience strongly preferred — familiarity with fast-paced creative environments, briefs, campaigns, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Proven ability to design beautifully (portfolio required) while also thinking strategically.

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools; comfort owning process and workflow.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; capable of interfacing with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complexity and translate business needs into clear creative direction.

• Bilingual English/Portuguese (required).

• Experience working in or with global teams is a plus.
