Benoy’s Architecture team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers. The role involves managing mid‑scale or parts of large‑scale architectural projects across mixed‑use, commercial, residential and retail sectors through all aspects of design and development.
What We’re Looking For- Talented designer with a portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Minimum of two years of international project experience.
- Successfully delivered medium‑ to large‑scale international projects.
- Good hand‑sketching skills to convey design ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as required.
- Strong communication skills; effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent 3D modelling skills and proficiency in Rhino and Sketch Up.
- Degree qualified in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration preferred.

- Project delivery: demonstrate working knowledge of the design process and project brief, support preparation of project deliverables and related activities.
- Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating advanced technical and/or design skills.
- Manage third parties according to project parameters.
- Act as a team player, seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Support company‑wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
- Maintain client relationships, respond positively to clients and consultants.
- Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings.
- Recognise the importance of the project budget and develop knowledge of project financials.
