Our TeamEverAI’s team of 75 people is led by co‑founders with entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO. The executive team has background in tech leadership, customer acquisition, finance, and legal.
Your RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to partner with the Product Design Lead, define design standards, refine systems, and deliver experiences loved by millions. You’ll tackle problems few designers have faced, with freedom to turn bold, AI‑powered ideas into elegant, high‑performing experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, informed by market trends and competitor insights.
- Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel(signal speed without compromising quality).
- Collaborate hand‑in‑hand with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketers from concept to delivery.
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas before committing to full builds.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback during design reviews and help raise the bar for design quality.
- Support fast‑paced A/B testing with quick design iterations.
- Experiment with AI‑assisted design workflows to speed delivery and explore new possibilities.
- Stay ahead of design trends, AI UX patterns and emerging interaction models.
- Design for a product used by millions, ensuring high‑quality experiences at scale.
- Work across vastly different product surfaces while maintaining design consistency.
- Translate AI‑powered capabilities into usable, engaging and monetizable features.
- Improve conversion and retention through iterative design and testing.
- Lead 0‑to‑1 feature design, from concept to launch, in ambiguous and fast‑moving environments.
- Balance creativity with data‑driven decision‑making to optimize user experience and business impact.
- 5+ years of end‑to‑end product design experience, ideally in dating or social platforms, chat‑based experiences, AI generation tools, or live‑interactive gamified products.
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design and information architecture.
- Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
- Proficiency in Figma and the ability to create production‑ready UI assets.
- Expert‑level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows and interactions to developers and stakeholders.
- Resourceful problem‑solving, ability to find creative solutions that achieve both beauty and practicality.
- Strong ability to synthesise insights from competitor and market research into actionable design decisions.
- Experience designing AI‑driven products or other complex, emerging tech experiences.
- Experience with AI content‑generation tools such as Midjourney, Kling, or Replicate.
- A genuine interest in AI, demonstrated through personal projects, experimentation, or professional work.
- Strong grasp of effective copywriting; recognising that copy is an integral part of design.
- Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective collaboration with developers to deliver solutions that are both visually compelling and technically sound.
