This opportunity be based at their Newcastle office, with the opportunity of working from home. Our client have been established for over 80 years ago, our client has built an exceptional reputation by developing a diverse and talented team of over 100 architectural professionals across four offices. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will join their close-knit team in Newcastle, collaborating with around 40标准其他 employees on a range of projects in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

These projects range from circa £10m up to around £60m.

• The use of Revit on a daily basis
• Work on a variety of schemes that range from £10m to £60m.
• Working across all RIBA stages, with a focus on the technical stages
• Larkan-handling with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
• Carrying out site visits
• Opportunity to lead a project

• Able to work.music autonomously, as well as part of a wider technical team üles
• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Minimum 4+ years industry experience
• Live within a commutable distance of Newcastle
