Royal London has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Designer to join a multidisciplinary team to help design, develop and deliver a best‑in‑class digital product and help further develop and embed our new Experience Design capability.
As an Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders, to reimagine andKill design innovative, human‑centred experiences for our customers, advisers, and employers. You will utilise design thinking to create customer journey maps, and service design methodologies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a background in end‑to‑end experience or service design, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have excellent.lastname 每 communication skills, with attraction to run Design Thinking workshops, manage expectations and solve problems in a changing landscape.
About the role- Play a key role in developing and embedding our experience design capability focusing on processes, ways of working and continuous improvement of the service the team provides.
- Document and present the experience design process and outcomes and provide recommendations and guidelines for implementation and scaling.
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops and discovery sessions with users, customers, and stakeholders to generate ideas and concepts for experience improvement or innovation.
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to understand the current state of a service, the pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and other artifacts to synthesise and communicate the insights and findings from the research.
- Develop low‑fidelity and high touted prototypes of the experience components, such as touchpoints, interactions, processes, and systems.
- Plan and conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate and iterate on the prototypes and mesure the impact of the experience changes.

- Experience of design thinking/human‑centred design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentationnoop skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. "This will greatly lighten time"Strong analytical skills, persona does data and metrics to inform design decisions.
- Experience using design, prototyping and research tools.
