We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically savvy Custom Configurator Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for entering and managing technical custom specifications within our internal platform, Home Plate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for sports and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and font creation software, and will play a key role in ensuring custom builds are accurately configured and visually compelling. A love for sports moments—especially if you're a UK soccer fan—is a big plus.

• Asset Collection & Management:
  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect logos, fonts, and other design assets required for custom jersey builds.
• Technical Entry & Configuration:
  Input precise x,y coordinate data into Home Plate to ensure accurate placement of graphics, text, and logos on jersey templates.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and font creation tools to prepare and validate assets for use in the configurator.
• Dynamic Rendering Support:
  Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of dynamic image rendering tools to ensure real-time visual accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with design, product, and merchandising teams to ensure builds meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
• Quality Assurance:
  Review and test configurations for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal before final approval.
• Documentation & Process Improvement:
  Maintain clear documentation of configuration processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Represent your Manager as their proxy when they are away, unavailable, or unreachable.

• Experience in a technical or creative coordination role, preferably within apparel, sports, or digital customization environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and font creation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with coordinate-based design systems.
• Familiarity with dynamic image rendering tools is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours for product launches.
• Passion for sports, jerseys, and customization—UK soccer fandom is a bonus!
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
