Industrial Architect; Senior

Wood is recruiting an Industrial Architect with design and production experience across the industrial, chemical, energy, and paper markets. The role will support the preparation of construction drawings, development of specifications, and facility assessments for Wood’s Specialty Industrial Clients.

This position supports architectural design from conceptual studies, feasibility analysis, construction‑grade scope and estimates, detailed design, and construction field support. Hiring for Tucker (Atlanta), GA or Greenville, SC. Hybrid or remote work options available. Authorization to work lawfully in the USA without sponsorship is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an architect interested in gaining deeper experience in industrial building design. The role supports the development of architectural deliverables, coordinates multidisciplinary inputs, ensures compliance with building codes, and provides construction support.

You will contribute across project phases—design development, construction documents, bidding/procurement, and construction administration—working closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
