Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Position: Architect (Permanent)
We’re seeking a talented Architect to join a prestigious, multi-award-winning AJ100 multi-disciplinary practice based in a stunning contemporary studio in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

About the Role:

As an Architect, you’ll be part of a collaborative design team delivering high-quality, design-led projects. You’ll contribute at all stages of the design and delivery process and be expected to work proficiently in Revit, which is used throughout the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of projects at all RIBA stages

Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models and presentations using Revit

Support the planning process and liaise with relevant authorities as required

Engage in design team meetings, contributing technical and design expertise

Produce high-quality design and technical packages

Coordinate with consultants and contractors during design and delivery

Stay up to date with building regulations and legislation

Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect with approx. 3–5 years’ post-Part III UK experience

Proficiency in Revit is essential

Strong design portfolio and a solid grasp of technical delivery

Good understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations

Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills

A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Desirable:

Experience delivering large-scale or multi-sector projects

Interest in sustainable design and innovation
