As the BIM Manager – Senior Architect
, you’ll lead BIM strategy and digital delivery across complex building and infrastructure projects.

• Lead BIM adoption and digital workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce firm‑wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Provide staff training, technical support, and mentorship on Revit and other BIM tools.
• Set up and manage BIM models, including work‑sets, templates, family creation, collaboration settings, and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Coordinate BIM processes with consultants to ensure model alignment, compliance, and smooth data exchange.
• Review and evaluate models, software, and workflow improvements to support quality control and enhance efficiency.

• Serve as senior architect, ensuring design intent through all project phases.
• Coordinate and mentor architectural teams across multiple offices.
• Be a technically strong architect who enjoys turning design into buildable systems.
• Serve as a mentor for construction detailing, exterior envelope design, and building constructability.
• Champion implementation of new workflows and software for enhanced project delivery.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 10+ years of architectural experience, including 5+ years in BIM leadership/digital delivery.
• Proven experience working on large multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects through all phases.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC in multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Demonstrated mastery of model coordination, clash detection, LOD standards, and data management (COBie/IFC).
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team across remote offices.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, design principles, construction methodologies, detailing, and project delivery.

• Licensed Architect in the U.S.
• Experience across infrastructure (transportation, utilities, water) and building (civic, aviation, healthcare, education) sectors.
• Experience with scripting/automation (Dynamo, Python), Revizto, and Autodesk Forma.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office.
