Position: Lead Product Designer (Remote from Bulgaria)

In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centric experiences across multiple platforms, guiding a team of designers while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers. You will own the full design cycle from ideation to post-launch feedback, ensuring that product solutions are both elegant and aligned with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to mentor and inspire a design team, influence product strategy, and work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will help shape the product vision and contribute to the creation of a holistic, seamless experience for all users.
Accountabilities

Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities
Lead the design process from ideation to final delivery and post-launch feedback
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align designs with business goals
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers through design reviews and one-on-one sessions
Ensure consistency and quality across multiple platforms, including employee, employer, and admin portals
Define and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices
Drive the vision and strategy for product design, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives

Requirements

5–7 years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced environments, ideally in scale-ups or startups
2+ years of experience as a lead product designer, managing and mentoring teams
Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating impact and quality

Experience with design systems and collaboration with development teams
Ability to work autonomously while empowering team members
Skilled at balancing deep-dive analysis with efficient execution
Comfortable managing the full product development cycle from concept to design QA
Passionate about design, continuous learning, and user-centered solutions
