Nosc Ai GmbH is a Hamburg-based healthcare technology company building ClinicOS
, a modern cloud-based practice management system for medical practices. We're pre‑seed funded, growing fast, and expanding internationally.

We're looking for a UI/Creative Designer to own our visual presence – from our website to marketing assets to product interfaces. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create compelling, polished experiences that resonate with healthcare professionals.

• Design and build pages in Framer, maintaining and evolving our website
• Create high‑converting landing pages using tools like Onepage, Webflow, or similar no‑code platforms
• Produce and edit video content for marketing, product demos, and social media
• Develop visual assets for campaigns, presentations, and sales materials
• Contribute to UI design for our product when needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and creative work
• Hands‑on experience with Framer (required) and ideally Webflow
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or Cap Cut)
• Comfortable with landing page builders like Onepage, Carrd, or similar
• Eye for clean, modern design with attention to detail
• Self‑starter who can take a brief and run with it
• Bonus:
