Position SummaryAs an Architectural Designer, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative concepts into stunning architectural designs. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and execute project plans from schematic design through construction documents.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts.
- Produce technical drawings, schematics, and models using architectural software.
- Research building codes, material options, and design trends.
- Assist in client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure designs are functional, safe, and meet client requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software to include AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
- Strong technical drafting and architectural detailing skills.
- Familiarity with building systems and regulations.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
- Highly motivated individual who can work hand-in-hand with architects, participate as a larger team player, and handle solo projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
- A willingness to learn.
- Working towards a professional architectural license is preferred.
