Senior Product Designer (Design System)
Location:
Flexible – Hybrid in either Osterley or Leeds office.
As a Senior Product Designer (Design System) in our digital customer experience team, you’ll deliver high-quality designs, drive improvements to digital journeys, and be accountable for outcomes that reflect our brand and meet customer needs.
What You’ll Do- Deliver world‑class, reusable components and design patterns across web and native platforms.
- Drive the user voice by embedding inclusive design and accessibility foundations into every pattern and component.
- Build accessible, reusable Figma components, collaborate with frontend teams to align design and build, and maintain tokens for spacing, colour, typography, and layout across designs.
- Work alongside engineers, product designers/content designers, and analysts to ensure consistency, performance, and clarity, and champion the adoption of the design system across the organisation.
- Contribute to metrics and reporting to demonstrate design system impact on customer and business outcomes.
- Strong experience designing and delivering large‑scale digital products and design systems across responsive web and native.
- Advanced Figma skills including component libraries, token management, and interactive prototyping.
- Solid understanding of inclusive design and WCAG 2.2 standards.
- Experience using research methods and online platforms to improve component and pattern usability.
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to interpret behaviours and analyse performance.
- Clear, confident storytelling with adaptability and a growth mindset in fast‑paced environments.

The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week. We want our people to have the best of both worlds – time working at home, as well as time in the office.
