Senior Product Designer role at Rillet
About RilletRillet serves finance teams. Our customers are the financial brains of their companies. Our mission is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight. We are an AI-native ERP that can drive a zero-day close. Our unified source‑of‑truth data model, hundreds of best‑in‑class native integrations, automated & auditable workflows, multi‑entity consolidation, and a growing army of specialized AI agents enable us to deliver perfect customer satisfaction and ship velocity to high‑growth AI customers such as Windsurf, Postscript, and Finch.
WhyJoin Us
We raise $100M from leading investors, including Sequoia, a16z, Iconiq, Oak HC/FT, and First Round, to help everyone run their numbers at the speed of AI.
Who We AreRillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. Successful team members internalize a mission, design a strategy, and deliver results faster and more creatively than a manager could ask for. We value in‑person collaboration and require on‑site work Tuesdays and Thursdays (plus one flexible day) in NYC or San Francisco (or willing to relocate). Certain roles may require additional in‑office time.
