Project Architect/Designer (6–10 years experience)

FORMM is looking for a Project Architect/Designer to join our team. This position will play a key role in driving project delivery across multiple assignments, from early design through construction administration. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who excels at communication, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can keep teams aligned and informed. The right candidate will be highly organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify priorities and execute the steps needed to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from design through construction administration
- Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
- Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery
- Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating professional growth and collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
- 6–10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership on built projects
- Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred
- Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required)
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards
- Advanced documentation and field observational skills
- Advanced interior architecture detailing expertise
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
