Base pay range: $76,700.00/yr - $/yr

This role is for an Architect Professional in our Data Centers group, based in Omaha, NE.

• Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to engage with clients and subcontractors, designing data center facilities and delivering construction documents.
• Plan and conduct work requiring judgment and evaluation of architectural techniques and criteria.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
• Perform calculation checks of others’ work.
• Collaborate with other designers on layout, technical design, construction drawings, specifications, and model creation.
• Attend project meetings and help the team resolve concerns across all disciplines.
• Participate in internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality reviews.
• Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to client/contractor questions, and performing field walks.
• Deliver technical and business presentations to clients and employees.
• Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others.
• Participate in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program
• Professional Architectural License and ability to be licensed in multiple states
• At least 4 years of professional architectural design experience
• Expert-level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
• Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience with designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities

This role is based in Omaha, NE, and involves working in a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to deliver engineered systems and products.

The base salary range for this position is $76,700.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
