Job Description
Our San Francisco studio is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Construction Administration Specialist to join our team. This is for a project based in Napa, CA. The candidate will need to be onsite daily in NAPA frequently.
This candidate must have 10 plus years of Construction Administration experience in the hospitality and mixed-use markets. The candidate must be a licensed architect in California, must have a valid driver’s license.
What Will You Do?
- Represent the 10 Design team during the construction of ongoing projects
- Review and processing of submittals, RFIs, change orders, making field visits, field reports, meeting notes, and negotiation.
- Regular project briefing and consultation with 10 Design project team (emails, phone calls, meetings, etc.)
- Interaction and collaboration with construction manager, contractors, inspectors, A/E design team, and owner
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Construction Administration experience
- Teleconferencing (Zoom, etc), and Bluebeam
- Working knowledge of Revit, proficiency in Revit preferred.
- Familiarity with online construction management tools (such as Procore)
- Familiarity with Type I, II and V construction types
- Travel as required to attend regular site visits and meetings
- Partial remote work will be considered
