As a Senior Product Designer at Homebase, you’ll tackle meaningful problems for small businesses and the hourly workers who power them. This role requires someone who can navigate complexity—understanding how workflows connect across a business, knowing when AI can genuinely help and how to apply it, and translating messy real‑world constraints into experiences that feel effortless.
