What You Will DoAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact? Join us as a Customer Service Representative I at Utica National. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality service, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the company’s reputation and growth. This role will include taking inbound First Notice of Loss calls for claims related to Auto, Property, Workers Compensation, and Liability.
The hours for this role are 9:30am to 6pm ET Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays from 9am-12pm ET.
- Handle incoming calls with world-class service and aim for one-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate policy / claim documentation and update customer records.
- Route calls appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders for information gathering.
- Foster positive customer relations across departments.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Manage third-party inquiries using internal systems.
- Perform other duties and adhere to company policies.
- Handle claims status and first notice of loss
- Education:
Associate’s degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable. - Experience:
Less than 2 years in an agency or insurance company preferred. - Skills:
Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
$39,000-$50,000
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
