Position: Senior National Accounts Service Coordinator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to select Commercial Service Providers for installation and repair services
  • Manage and monitor Customer Resource Management (CRM) systems for accurate account information
  • Handle emergency and non-emergency commercial service issues received via phone and email
  • Develop troubleshooting guides for Rinnai products and train National Account Coordinators
  • Establish effective working relationships with Rep agencies, distributors, and Sales Managers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in dispatch, project management, or customer service in a busy environment
  • Pre-existing relationships with key service providers in major markets throughout the U.S.
  • Proven experience in servicing direct customer accounts in a multi-channeled environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Existing knowledge of Rinnai America’s product portfolio and customer interaction protocols
  • Technical repair experience in the plumbing or appliance industries, particularly water heating
  • Management experience in a customer support setting
