We are a growing plumbing company being built from the ground up. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, foster a strong team culture, and become the trusted plumbing provider in our community. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Manager
to play a critical role in shaping and scaling our business.
The Customer Service Manager is the operational backbone of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and internal systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving efficiency, and creating structure in a growing organization. No two days will look the same – you’ll be deeply involved in daily operations while helping set the foundation for long-term success.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, dispatch, or customer service within HOME SERVICES (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar preferred)
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians

Service Titan experience strongly preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable, memberships, and service warranties
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a startup or growing business environment
- Familiarity with AI tools or third-party call centers
- Marketing or social media management experience
