• Interpret and respond to customer requests, identifying actions to help achieve their objectives quickly
• Capture consumer data and actions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and assist in requesting corrections
• Provide information about credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
• Advocate for solutions that help callers improve their creditworthiness

• At least 6 months of experience working in a contact center or customer service position
• High school diploma or GED
• High-speed internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
• Designated workspace with the ability to be on camera
• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills

• Experience with credit-related products and services
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts
