Maintain high standards of guest service by assisting guests with reservations and related inquiries. Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth booking processes. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
