Customer Success Manager – Cyb Safe | Remote (London, UK)

Cyb Safe is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and drive relationships with its largest and most strategic customers. This permanent, remote role offers £60,000–£70,000/year and requires a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, reducing human cyber risk, and delivering measurable value across the customer lifecycle.

The successful candidate will advise customers on maximizing platform usage, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships within strategic accounts (+£2M ARR)
  • Demonstrate value to key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Exceed quarterly renewal and expansion targets
  • Generate short-term KPI results while maintaining long-term account growth
  • Act as a customer advocate within Cyb Safe, ensuring accurate delivery of the company’s vision
  • Partner with product, engineering, partnerships, support, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accurate commercial forecasts via CRM and flag churn risks proactively
  • Lead initiatives to scale Customer Success through automation and AI
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development)
  • Experience working with enterprise-sized companies
  • Proven success managing customer relationships through adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to manage C-level stakeholders
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, unpredictable startup environments
  • Tech/AI-savvy with a passion for SaaS growth
  • Critical eye for process improvement and efficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience in the UK&I Cyber Security industry
  • Experience collaborating with distributors and resellers in a channel-first organization
  • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
  • Remote-first flexibility
