Remote Call Center Agent

• Hourly wage up to $21.00
• We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies
• Work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation by providing effective solutions
• Support customers with enthusiasm and care

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for flexible scheduling

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with insurance policies and coverages
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to adapt to new software and technology quickly
