Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
TEKsystems is looking to hire a group of Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE for a client based in New Jersey.
Candidates can sit anywhere within EST hours.
This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow. Our client will be providing all the equipment needed for the position.
Qualifications- Previous RECENT call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
- Strong computer skills
- Time management skills
- Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)
- Will be in a fast paced, high-volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting.
- Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.
- These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active customers.
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific campaigns
Call center is open from 8:00am-11:00pm EST, numerous shifts are available between that timeframe. MUST BE Flexible.
Most shifts are either 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST
1 Saturday a month required for this role.
Pay$19/hr.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
