• Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide guidance on destinations and travel options.
• Coordinate trip details, including accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details.
• Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and travel resources relevant to client needs.
• Participate in online informational sessions and training as scheduled.
