Key Objectives
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support via live chat to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication that reflects Stello Foods’ values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance related to Stello Foods’ offerings.
  • Track and document customer interactions accurately using CRM tools.
  • Identify and elevate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, promotions, and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in live chat support or customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
