We are seeking a highly polished and detail‑driven Executive Dispatch & Reservations Coordinator to support our 24/7 luxury transportation operations. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white‑glove experience to our executive and VIP clientele. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑performance environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are non‑negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee reservations with meticulous accuracy
  • Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs in real time within a 24/7 operational environment
  • Proactively monitor all trips to ensure flawless execution and on‑time performance
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership
  • Maintain detailed trip notes, client preferences, and service standards
  • Adapt quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and last‑minute requests
Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or high‑end logistics
  • Demonstrated commitment to white‑glove, high‑touch client service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to remain composed and solution‑focused under pressure
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high‑profile clientele
