Customer Support Associate REMOTE / FULL-TIME

Location:

Cedar Point Amusement Park (remote role).

• Greet guests and associates entering the park and guide them through the screening process.
• Facilitate screening for firearms and unauthorized weapons using detection units.
• Perform bag checks and cooler searches for any unauthorized items.
• Make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Gain skills, knowledge and experience that will benefit your future.

• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
