• Starting pay of $18.85/hour, with scheduled pay increases after 6 months
• Weekend shift differential of an additional 10%, increasing pay to $20.74/hour
• Bilingual fluency bonus of $1.00/hour for English/Spanish speakers

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Understand the nature of the member’s distress and ensure their immediate safety
• Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to teams to expedite the dispatching process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
