Customer Service Representative

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product inquiries
• Process customer returns in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges
• Offer timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Partner with Sales Representatives to exceed customer service expectations

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
• Proficient in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages
• Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

• Ability to solve practical problems and manage various variables
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
