- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be willing to work any 8-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
- Ability to work effectively in a metric-driven environment with proficiency in multitasking
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in insurance or annuity servicing, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
