• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to create a best-in-class experience
• Educate customers about their life insurance policies and services
• Independently resolve customer issues while seeking guidance for complex situations
• Manage time effectively to meet expected service levels in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve goals related to customer experience and call handling

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to work any 8-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
• Ability to work effectively in a metric-driven environment with proficiency in multitasking

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in insurance or annuity servicing, hospitality, or retail sales with direct consumer contact
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
