Overview

Employer Industry: Life Insurance

  • Salary up to $45,000, plus the ability to earn a 5% annual bonus
  • 12 weeks of paid virtual training provided

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on the first contact
  • Educate customers about their life insurance policies
  • Handle problems independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
  • Balance time effectively to meet expected service levels
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve established goals and objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within operational hours
  • Ability to attend mandatory training without interruption from April 6th to June 26th
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with insurance or annuity servicing financial products
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
