Online Sales Representative

Custom Seafoods Processors, Inc. is a family-owned business that will process, package and freeze sport-caught fish and game for visiting tourists and locals. With a 12,000 square foot facility, Custom Seafood Processors, Inc. has all the equipment necessary for quality and efficient processing. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for sales to join our team and bring the experience of Alaska to our online guests.

We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals for the position of Online Sales Representative. This position will assist customers with their online orders and inquiries through email and phone calls. From general product questions to walking customers through the entire ordering process, every interaction will be unique and requires attentiveness and professionalism from start to finish.

• Field inbound customer phone calls and make outbound customer-service related calls.
• Respond to incoming emails in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt and professional resolution to customer concerns and inquiries.
• Assist customers with their online orders and provide product suggestions.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Ability to listen attentively and respond with a friendly and customer service attitude .
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a team environment.
• Strong ability to multi-task and/or prioritize as necessary.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous reception or over-the-phone customer service experience highly preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and desk work.
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
