Commercial Customer Service Trainee

• Receive, investigate, and resolve all customer inquiries timely and accurately
• Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other communication channels
• Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented
• Educate callers to achieve resolution on first contact
• Participate in mandatory training and adhere to assigned schedules, including overtime as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with technical problem-solving and decision-making in customer service
• Familiarity with using chat, email, and team communication tools effectively
