• Prepare polished, client-facing marketing materials aligned with brand standards
• Maintain and update client information in database management systems for accuracy

• 2+ years of customer service or phone-based support experience
• Excellent typing proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems quickly
• Polished phone demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Comfort with change and flexibility in work schedule
• Strong ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
