Position: Remote Call Center Advocate I — Patient Scheduling Pro
A leading health service provider is seeking a Contact Center Service Advocate I to play a vital role in scheduling patient appointments and ensuring optimal customer service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage appointment schedules, and address patient inquiries in a remote office setting. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficient PC skills.
