• Provide front line, first-level technical assistance for consumers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to high-speed internet services
• Manage and open trouble ticket systems for user issues
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to efficiently solve customer issues
• Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with Windows-based systems

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience
• Demonstrated commitment to process excellence and customer service
