Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients planning travel
- Assist with researching and coordinating travel options including cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotels
Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel information
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
Provide support to clients before and after travel as needed
QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
Organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional communication style
- Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required
