• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle basic customer service representative tasks, including answering phone calls and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
• Support personal lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions.

• Licenses/Designations
  :
  Active 2044 or 220 license is required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in QQ Catalyst software is required.
