Remote Call Center Representative

Work Environment & Schedule

+ 100% remote-Monday - Friday schedule.

+ Call center operates 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST; candidates must be open to shifts in this window.

+ Training is for 6 weeks: 9 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday.

+ Common shifts include:

+ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

+ 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

+ 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

+ Additional shifts may be assigned based on business needs (including 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST).

+ Must be comfortable working one Saturday per month (morning shift), with a compensatory day off during the week..

Responsibilities

+ Make high‑volume outbound calls through our automated dialer on specific mortgage‑related customer campaigns.

+ Handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and route inquiries to the appropriate internal departments.

+ Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional, friendly tone.

+ Follow scripted talking points while adapting communication style to ensure a positive customer experience.

+ Maintain productivity standards and performance goals in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required.

+ Strong outbound dialing experience with the ability to comfortably handle rejection.

+  Background in mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.

+ Experience in telemarketing, collections, timeshare, or high‑volume phone sales is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
