Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Agents to support customers in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers, career switchers, or anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in customer service, customer support, and customer experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support platforms
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly assistance regarding products, services, or account questions
- Follow step‑by‑step procedures and support guidelines to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or supervisors when needed
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during all customer interactions
- Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Support account updates, basic troubleshooting, and general service requests
- Protect customer information and follow data privacy and security guidelines
- Collaborate with remote team members and participate in training and coaching sessions
- No prior customer service experience required (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools and systems
- Ability to follow instructions, workflows, and quality standards
- Good time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, call center, or customer‑facing roles
- Familiarity with chat support, email support, or phone‑based customer service
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
Interest in customer experience (CX), customer success, or support operations
- Fully remote / work-from-home position
